My Story

I didn't come to this work by accident.

I've sat with people in their hardest moments in crisis, overwhelmed, in the kind of pain that makes everyday life feel impossible. That experience, combined with a First Class degree in Psychology and a Master's in Neuroscience and Mental Health from King's College London, shaped everything about how I work.

But if I'm being honest, the person who shaped me most was my dad. He trained as a counsellor and believed deeply in the power of the right support at the right time. He passed before he could see the work I do now, but his belief lives in every session I show up to. He is the reason I do this the way I do it.

Why Calm Bridge

Calm Bridge was built on a simple idea that you are not broken, and that with the right understanding and tools, you can find your way back to feeling like yourself again.

The name matters to me. Anxiety can make you feel stranded on one side of a life you want to be living. My job is to help you cross that bridge not by pretending it's easy, but by walking alongside you with steady, practical support that's built entirely around you.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all programme. Your coaching plan reflects your life, your patterns, and your goals because anxiety doesn't look the same for everyone, and neither should the support you receive.

How I Work

I bridge the science of the brain with the reality of everyday life. I'll help you understand why your nervous system gets stuck in high alert and give you practical, evidence-based tools to bring it back to calm. No jargon, no overwhelm, just clear support that actually makes sense for your life.

I also know that anxiety doesn't only affect the person experiencing it. If you're a parent, partner, or friend watching someone you love struggle and feeling helpless, I can support you too with practical guidance on how to show up for them without losing yourself in the process.

A Little More About Me

Outside of my academic and clinical background, I'm a busy parent who knows first hand what it feels like to be pulled in every direction. That lived experience matters. I'm not here to offer a perfect textbook answer I'm here to be a steady, grounded presence that helps you quiet the noise.
